Gedaan is gratis en wordt aangeboden zoals het is. Deze voorwaarden beschrijven wat je wel en niet van Gedaan kunt verwachten.
Gedaan is een informatie- en herinneringshulpmiddel. De app zet landelijke termijnen en je eigen datums op een rij en geeft je een seintje. Meer niet.
Gedaan geeft geen fiscaal, juridisch, verzekerings- of financieel oordeel over jouw situatie. De app regelt niets voor je, dient niets in en neemt geen contact op met instanties. Gedaan heeft geen enkele band met de Rijksoverheid, de Belastingdienst, de RDW, RVO, gemeenten of waterschappen, en treedt niet namens hen op. Gedaan is geen officiële overheidsapp en wordt door geen van deze instanties uitgegeven of ondersteund.
Bij elke landelijke termijn staat de officiële pagina waar hij vandaan komt en de datum waarop die voor het laatst is gecontroleerd. Regels, bedragen en data veranderen, en de app kan achterlopen. Wat op de officiële pagina van de instantie staat gaat altijd voor op wat je in Gedaan leest. Voor je eigen contracten geldt wat er in je polis of contract staat.
Sommige termijnen verschillen per gemeente, per waterschap of per jaar. Waar dat zo is, staat dat bij de termijn zelf vermeld. Controleer altijd de datum op je eigen aanslag, polis of contract.
Herinneringen zijn lokale meldingen op je toestel. Ze komen niet aan als je meldingen hebt uitgezet, als je toestel uit staat, of als iOS ze om een andere reden niet aflevert. Vertrouw voor iets belangrijks nooit uitsluitend op een melding.
Gedaan wordt geleverd zoals het is, zonder garantie of toezegging dat de app foutloos of ononderbroken werkt of dat de inhoud volledig, juist of actueel is. Voor zover de wet dat toestaat is de maker van Gedaan niet aansprakelijk voor schade die ontstaat door het gebruik van de app, waaronder gemiste termijnen. Deze beperking geldt niet bij opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid. Je wettelijke rechten als consument blijven onverkort gelden.
Alles wat je invult blijft op je toestel. Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor je back-ups. Zie de privacyverklaring.
Gedaan is bedoeld voor gebruikers van 16 jaar en ouder.
Gedaan is gratis. Er zijn geen advertenties, geen abonnementen en geen aankopen in de app.
Deze voorwaarden kunnen veranderen. De datum bovenaan geeft aan wanneer dat voor het laatst gebeurd is. Wijzigingen verschijnen op deze pagina.

Gedaan is an information and reminder tool. It lists national deadlines and your own dates and nudges you about them. Nothing more.
Gedaan gives no tax, legal, insurance or financial judgement about your situation. It arranges nothing on your behalf, files nothing, and contacts no authority for you. Gedaan has no affiliation with the Rijksoverheid, the Belastingdienst, the RDW, RVO, any municipality or any water authority, and does not act on their behalf. Gedaan is not an official government app and is not published or endorsed by any of them.
Every national deadline names the official page it came from and the day that page was last checked. Rules, amounts and dates change, and the app can fall behind. What the authority's own page says always takes precedence over what you read in Gedaan. For your own contracts, what your policy or contract says is what counts.
Some deadlines differ per municipality, per water authority or per year. Where they do, it is stated on the deadline itself. Always check the date on your own bill, policy or contract.
Reminders are local notifications on your device. They will not arrive if you have notifications switched off, if your device is off, or if iOS does not deliver them for any other reason. Never rely on a notification alone for something that matters.
The app is provided as it is, without warranty or any promise that it is error-free, uninterrupted, complete, correct or current. To the extent the law allows, the maker of Gedaan is not liable for damage arising from use of the app, including missed deadlines. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or wilful recklessness. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Everything you enter stays on your device. Your backups are your own responsibility. See the privacy policy.

Gedaan is free. There is no advertising, there are no subscriptions and there are no in-app purchases.
